2. Player Conduct
You agree to:
Be respectful to all players and staff
Not use hacks, cheats, or unfair advantages
Not exploit bugs or glitches
Follow all server rules and staff instructions
Breaking these rules may result in warnings, kicks, bans, or permanent removal.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your own Minecraft account.
Do not share your account with others.
Any actions done on your account are your responsibility.
4. Purchases & Donations
All purchases (ranks, items, perks) are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
Items may change or be removed at any time.
5. Server Changes
We may modify, reset, or shut down the server at any time.
We may change gameplay, features, or rules without notice.
We are not responsible for any loss of in-game items or progress.
6. Punishments
Staff decisions are final.
Attempting to bypass punishments (e.g. using alt accounts) will result in further action.
7. Content & Data
We may log chat, IP addresses, and gameplay data for moderation and security.
Do not share personal information on the server.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or any damages caused by using the server.
9. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server means you accept the updated Terms.
